Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) treat mental health and addiction concerns for those ages 18+ when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling setting. IOP is also recommended as the next step on your healing path when you have completed more extensive stabilization or detoxification treatment, such as inpatient care, a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or a Residential Treatment Program (RTP).
IOP is effective for the treatment of a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns, including, but not limited to:

Our compassionate, experienced therapists use a variety of evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Among other things, patient-focused group topics may include:
Individual and family counseling may be recommended by your therapist as part of the IOP program. Our licensed medical providers assist with medication management as needed which, in conjunction with psychotherapy, will enhance mental health outcomes.
